Ken Kupferberg
Account Supervisor
After earning a Business Administration degree in Marketing at UMass Amherst, Katie began her advertising career in sales at Boston Magazine. She was quickly promoted into a business development role. Later, she joined Talbot's as a marketing project manager. Branching out further, Katie decided to augment her project management skills with studies at the Boston Architectural Center, satisfying a lifelong interest in interior design. More recently, Katie became an Interior Design
Coordinator with Elizabeth Berry Interiors, and simultaneously established her own interior design and home staging consultancy. Oh, and lest we forget, during all of this career development Katie also became the mother of three. We get a little tired just thinking about it.

Principal
Ken is a retail merchandising and marketing specialist with an impressive track record in both the retail and direct sales field. Prior to co-founding Hoffman and Partners, Ken built a successful 20-unit chain of AT&T cellular stores stretching from New England to North Carolina. He is most comfortable when he is solving problems and creating opportunities. Ken may also be the most happily married man anyone has ever met. An infectious optimist, he professes to be unfamiliar with the word “can’t”. When not contributing to the general economy, you will likely find Ken walking in the fields or woods chasing a tiny white ball with a long metal stick, wrestling with the challenge of turning a problem into an opportunity.
